Performing Arts
Every Rockhurst student is both a potential creator and patron of the performing arts. Part of the Ignatian tradition means an appreciation for the unique gifts, insights and humanity of every individual. We believe studying and participating in the performing arts gives our students insight into other peoples and cultures, as well as themselves.
In addition to spending one required semester in a fine or performing arts class, Rockhurst students may pursue their passion(s) in a variety of co-curricular opportunities in drama, choral and instrumental music.
