The Examen

St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus, gave the world a beautiful method of prayer and reflection; the Examen.  This prayer is embedded in the Rockhurst way of life. In fact, our community stops daily to pray the Examen. The Examen is led over the PA system by students, teachers and administrators.  
THE EXAMEN
  1. Ask God for Light.
  2. Give Thanks to God.
  3. Review the Day with the help of God.
  4. Face Your Shortcomings.
  5. Look Forward.
